One of the best ways to know a great design is when someone sees it and thinks "well, that's obvious — there's no way that's new."
We invented the button-stud watchband in early 2012. The adjustment holes are hidden behind the watch face so it looks custom-fit — but it's fully adjustable, fits any wrist, no measuring required. A lot of people have copied it noticed it.
Available in Horween Chromexcel, Veg Tan, and Latigo in lug widths from 14mm to 26mm. Top-shelf Shell Cordovan also available. For a ready-made combo, see our watch pairings.
What lug width do I pick? The measurement between your watch's lugs where the strap attaches — usually printed on the original band or stamped on the caseback. Most sport and dress watches between 38–42mm run 20mm. When in doubt, measure with calipers; even 1mm off matters.
Will fit:
- The Seiko 5 you've had since college (probably 20mm)
- Omega Speedmaster — the one that went to the moon (20mm)
- Rolex Submariner — Steve McQueen's choice, your choice (20mm)
- Tudor Black Bay 58 (20mm), Black Bay 41 (22mm)
- Hamilton Khaki Field — the watch of people with good taste and sensible budgets (20mm)
- Basically anything with standard springbar lugs between 14 and 26mm
Will NOT fit:
- Any watch with back sensors — the band sits flush against your wrist and covers them. That means Apple Watch (custom-sized button-stud Apple band or Side-Piece for Apple Watch), Samsung Galaxy (Side-Piece for Galaxy), Garmin, Fitbit, Whoop.
- Whoop specifically — you're too sweaty for full grain leather anyway, Ironman
- Cartier Tank — proprietary screws on most references. You can afford a custom strap, call Cartier.
- Any watch your ex gave you — wait, actually, this'll make it SO different that even your current S.O. won't recognize that it's the one "they" gave you.
If the band gap is extremely tight and won't fit, let us know — we'll make adjustments or refund you.
Engraving & Monogramming
Engraving & Monogramming
In general, we are subtle with our personalized engravings & monograms. Smaller products receive smaller monograms, and any personalized messages are hidden where the owner can see them but they are not 'out in the open' whenever possible. If you have specific preferences for any customized engravings, make a note in the special instructions section after selecting your options and we'll contact you to verify after your order.

We make everything by hand in Orlando.
As to the leathers we use: The super short answer is Horween Leathers in Chicago, and because we're leather geeks we want you to know exactly what you're getting--it's so much more than just the color of the leather.
You can find more info HERE about how we do things.

I'm from Brazil and was only in Orlando for 3 days on a business trip. I'm fascinated by handcrafted products made with extra care. I bought a spectacular watch from a watchmaker artist in Kyoto, Japan, but the strap was still missing something. So from Brazil I found FFF and made time to stop by the atelier.
Starting with Shawn's reception, which was very friendly and he served me with a smile on his face. I really felt welcome and I could feel his excitement in receiving me.
The atelier has its own atmosphere, it's everything you expect from a place like this. The smell of leather, various sheets of leather in the most diverse colors and types make the environment very beautiful. Shawn and his team were already crafting some pieces right there. And the shop has a lot of beautiful things, I had to be careful not to leave all my money there.
And finally, the strap. Simply incredible, it completed my watch and today I truly have a unique combination on my wrist that probably nobody else in the world has. It turned out pure style. The strap is very comfortable, it feels like I'm not wearing anything.
In the coming weeks I should buy a few more colors, and FFF has become a place I'll visit frequently on my next trips to Orlando.
What great, simple clean design! Can be worn when you dress down or any work apparel you choose.
I now have 4 of the button stud watch straps and they’re my favorite accessories for my watch collection. It’s such a distinctive look and they’re so very comfortable. FYI the olive green color is a good bit darker in person so keep that in mind.
Nothing like them and they are perfect. Already had a brown one and navy blue, but needed one for my college age son and a black one for myself. Beautiful craftsmanship!
The watch strap arrived justin time - thanks! - but it was not the exact one I ordered: it was black and not the olive green I expected. The black is of course very nice and works well, but the olive green I wanted would have been more fun.
